The Story Behind the Shoot
This second episode of the project "銘 - Inscribed" it is about raw honesty to Yang Chi-Jun.
Written onto her body are the marks of her life’s story and challenges.
A scar on her right chest — a reminder of the fleeting nature of life.
Gentle lines on the surface of her spine — evidence of the battle she fought against scoliosis.
What lives in her eyes, what is carved into her face and rests within her, exists not despite these scars and marks — but with them.
Yang Chi-Jun is an artist, character designer and story teller from Taiwan running an animation studio called Us Studio - 貳拾工作室, with her long-term business partners and friends.
